Your health data is yours
ARRA Health stores only what you actively enter, plus HealthKit data you explicitly grant access to. Your symptom logs, mood ratings, and sleep entries are yours alone.
Storage and security
All data is stored in Supabase, encrypted at rest and in transit. Row-level security ensures only you can access your records, not other users, not ARRA Health employees.
AI processing
AI-generated summaries use de-identified data only: your name and email are never included. The AI model processes aggregate patterns, not individual entries, and returns a summary without retaining your data.
No sale, no advertising
We do not sell health data. We do not use it for targeted advertising. We do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) necessary to run the service, each bound by their own privacy and security policies.
Deletion
Deleting your account from the Profile screen permanently removes all your data. There are no backups retained after deletion.
Not a medical device
ARRA Health is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device or clinical service. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
